THAI YOGA MASSAGE

Thai Yoga Bodywork focuses on improving and balancing the flow of energy throughout the body. A session will include rhythmic massage, mindful movement, assisted stretches, breath work, and conscious touch applied to pressure points and energy lines along the body. Bodywork can relieve tension, release stress, promote relaxation, improve flexibility and circulation, and support digestion, mood and sleep.

  • Thai Massage is practiced fully clothed. Please wear loose long-sleeved layers (no zippers, buttons, etc), and it is recommended to avoid eating or drinking much about an hour before your massage.
